Terri, a California Bay Area native, has a passion for Mexico missions and for training and development.

She headed the Adult Mexico Short-Term Missions trips for Valley Community Church in Pleasanton, served on their Missions Committee, and made numerous mission trips to Mexico over the last 15 years.

Terri holds a B.A. in Psychology from St. Mary's College and a Certificate in Training and Organizational Development from the University of Santa Cruz. She has nearly 20 years professional Human Resources experience, including 6 years at Lucent Technologies (a leading telecommunications company), where she was the Management Development Program Manager. In her Corporate and HR Consulting experience, she has interviewed, hired and mentored hundreds of employees, created and delivered programs to develop managers and directors, and coached managers and employers about process improvement, employee development and management.

She worked many years as an at-home mom, child advocate, and community volunteer. She is the proud mother of two college age children. She resides in Ensenada, Mexico, with her dog Sophie and the girls in the program. She also enjoys sewing, photography, jewelry making, and crafting, which she teaches to others and uses in her ministry.
